• €10,000 payable upon confirmation of the vessel and departure date
• An additional deposit of €10,000 payable no later than 20 weeks before departure
• Remaining balance payable no later than 12 weeks before departure
• Final rooming list due no later than three weeks before departure

• In the event of cancellation, Katarina Line reserves the right to retain the following amounts:
• From confirmation until 85 days before departure: initial advance payment is non-refundable
• 84–56 days before departure: deposits paid plus 25% of the remaining balance
• 55–49 days before departure: deposits paid plus 50% of the remaining balance
• 48–42 days before departure: deposits paid plus 75% of the remaining balance
• 41 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the total charter price
