JANUARY BLUES
Although still trapped by the pandemic and everything it brings, even in the blues of January, we remind you that there are always goals and desires that no one can take away from us!
Although life has been shifted from all definitions of normalcy for almost two years, Covid-19 is not the only culprit for our bad mood - shorter days, leaden skies and cold weather are the causes of many people's seasonal mood disorder called winter depression. This seasonal disease affects every tenth European. Quite simply, the month of January is known, among other things, for the "January blues".
Feeling blue is a well-known term for different states, but, alluding to the connection between bad states and blue, we want to remind you of life that goes on, after January, where blue obtains different meanings. Summer, sea, sky, peaks, depths…
The new year has begun, decisions have been bravely made about what we will do, what we will be like and what changes we must make. Although still trapped by the pandemic and everything it brings, even in the blues of January, we remind you that there are always goals and desires that no one can take away from us!
Therefore, in the race for a healthy and quality life, in the hope of a better tomorrow, in shades of blue and green and orange and purple and all other colours, put a smile on your face and win the day with that smile!
