What are memories?

Those special moments that "tell our stories". Those moments in which we grew up and laughed, or maybe even cried, moments that even today put a smile on our face and give us strength no matter what period of our life we ​​are at.

Without such moments, life would seem empty. There is no need to wait for someone else to create memories for us, the best part is creating them ourselves. In fact, if we look, we don’t remember certain days, we remember moments from those days. We remember the smells, the tastes, the people we shared them with, the music that played in the background or just the silence that gave us peace. We remember why we laughed or maybe why a tear ran down our cheeks. But yes, these moments are stacked on top of each other, followed by feelings and stored somewhere within us.

We can own a number of things, but memories are what are really only ours, what is left to us and what no one can take away from us. We may not seem to remember all those memories right away, but they are stored somewhere in the heart and remind us every now and then of those priceless moments. And we may not know how to appreciate the value of a moment until it becomes a memory, but we never know how today’s moment can become some kind of memory tomorrow.

When you close your eyes, what do you all associate with a memory?

The thoughts themselves are already springing up, the associations are sifting through melodies, through a smell or maybe a taste. Memories slowly awaken and give us so many different emotions. Priceless.

And when you open your eyes? How do you come across memories the most?

In fact, it is not such a difficult question. You sit comfortably in an armchair and browse your mobile phone when you actually find so many memories in the photo gallery. Photographs today are witnesses to those moments of ours. They help us to be able to become aware and feel that moment we have experienced forever. This memory is part of us, and the most beautiful part is in its creation, and we can relive it by looking at it over and over again.
